This live recording by drummer Pete Zimmer was recorded at the Jazz Factory in Louisville, KY. The title suggests a laid back affair, but in actuality this young quartet (featuring the very talented Jeremy Pelt on trumpet, Avi Rothbard on guitar and David Wong on bass) puts together a smokin’ hot hard bop set of originals and well chosen covers.
